By creating an account or using Moodzaic, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. About Moodzaic

Moodzaic is an AI-powered design system generator for designers, developers, and founders.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Moodzaic.
  • You must be a human. Accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
  • You must provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other information requested during signup.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Moodzaic cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
  • You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
  • You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright or trademark laws).

3. Payment, Refunds, and Plan Terms

3.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Midtrans, our secure payment service provider. We do NOT store your credit card information on our servers. All payment data is handled by Midtrans in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

3.2 Subscription Plans

FREE Tier:

  • 15 design system generations per month
  • Basic features
  • Watermarked PDF exports

PRO Tier ($9/month):

  • 60 design system generations per month
  • Advanced features (UI components, alternatives, code exports)
  • Clean, professional exports without watermarks
  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled

3.3 Lifetime Member Program

The first 100 users who subscribe to PRO receive "Lifetime Member" status.

Benefits:

  • Price locked at $9/month for as long as your subscription remains active
  • Protected from future price increases
  • Access to all PRO features

Important Conditions:

  • If you cancel your Lifetime Member subscription, you forfeit Lifetime Member status
  • If you later resubscribe, you will be charged current standard pricing
  • Lifetime Member status is non-transferable
  • Lifetime status does NOT apply if payment repeatedly fails

3.4 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly starting on the day you subscribe. You will receive email receipts for all transactions.

3.5 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time PRO subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of initial payment.

To request a refund, contact hello@moodzaic.com within 14 days.

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital service, no refunds after 14 days or for renewal payments, except as required by law.

4. AI Output & Intellectual Property

Moodzaic uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini API) to generate design systems based on your inputs.

4.1 AI Nature of Services

By using our Service, you acknowledge:

  • We optimize for quality and uniqueness, but cannot guarantee 100% originality of AI outputs
  • Similar inputs from different users may produce similar results
  • The AI generation process is probabilistic
  • Moodzaic does not claim copyright over raw AI outputs

Your specific project inputs and prompts are NOT used to train Google's public AI models. Your design data remains yours.

4.2 Ownership of Generated Designs

PRO Subscribers:

  • You own full commercial rights to all design systems you generate
  • You may use them for client work, commercial products, or branding
  • Moodzaic claims no ownership, rights, or royalties

FREE Users:

  • You may use generated designs for personal, non-commercial projects only
  • Commercial use (business websites, client work) requires PRO subscription

4.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use generated designs. Moodzaic is not liable for:

  • Copyright claims or trademark issues
  • Similarity between your designs and existing works
  • Business losses arising from use of AI-generated content

You should conduct your own due diligence (e.g., trademark searches) before adopting generated designs for commercial use.

5. Usage Limits & Fair Use

5.1 Monthly Quotas

  • FREE Tier: Up to 15 design system generations per month
  • PRO Tier: Up to 60 design system generations per month

Quotas reset on the 1st of each month at 00:00 UTC. Unused generations do not roll over.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following:

  • Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automation to abuse generation limits
  • Sharing account credentials with multiple people (accounts are single-user)
  • Reselling generated designs as a standalone automated service
  • Reverse engineering our AI prompts, API calls, or platform logic
  • Any use that degrades service performance for other users

5.3 Violations

Moodzaic reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account without refund if you violate these usage limits.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings page. No phone calls or emails required.

6.2 Effect of Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You retain PRO access until that date
  • Your account will revert to FREE tier
  • Your design projects and data are preserved

6.3 Data Deletion

If you delete your account entirely, we reserve the right to delete your data from our servers within 30 days. Ensure you have exported any necessary design assets before deleting your account.

7. Modifications to Service and Prices

Moodzaic reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

Prices of all Services are subject to change upon 30 days notice. Such notice may be provided by posting changes to the website or via email.

Exception: "Lifetime Member" status holders are exempt from price increases as long as their subscription remains active.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moodzaic shall NOT be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, goodwill, use, or data
  • Cost of procurement of substitute services
  • Copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from your use of AI-generated designs
  • Similarity between your generated designs and existing third-party works
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
  • Service interruptions or downtime

8.1 Maximum Liability

In no event shall Moodzaic's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to Moodzaic in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

For users in Indonesia, we comply with UU No. 27 Tahun 2022 (Personal Data Protection Law).

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
