No Refunds Policy

At Moodzaic, we do not offer refunds for PRO subscriptions. Instead, we provide all new users with a 7-day free trial with complete PRO access, allowing you to experience all premium features risk-free before making a payment.

Why No Refunds?

Our 7-day free trial gives you ample time to:

• Try all PRO features without any payment
• Generate up to 60 design systems during your trial
• Test advanced features like multiple font alternatives, color variants, and detailed design reasoning
• Export and review your design systems
• Make an informed decision before subscribing

Since you can try everything for free first, we don't offer refunds once you choose to subscribe.

Free Trial Terms

Subscription Cancellation

While we don't offer refunds, you can cancel your PRO subscription at any time:

• You'll keep PRO access until the end of your current billing period
• After your billing period ends, your account automatically downgrades to the FREE tier
• All your projects and data remain safe
• You can re-subscribe to PRO anytime

To cancel your subscription, visit your Account Settings.

Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases involving technical issues, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@moodzaic.com if you believe your situation qualifies.

Payment Disputes

If you notice an unauthorized charge or billing error, please contact us immediately at hello@moodzaic.com before disputing the charge with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly.
