Cancellation Policy

At Moodzaic, we believe in earning your business every month. We don't believe in long-term contracts, hidden fees, or making you jump through hoops just to leave.

If you decide Moodzaic isn't right for you at this time, we'll be sad to see you go, but we've made the cancellation process easy and straightforward.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your PRO subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. You do not need to call us or send an email.

Steps to Cancel:

  1. Log into your Moodzaic account
  2. Go to Account Settings (click your avatar in the top right)
  3. Navigate to the Subscription section
  4. Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  5. Follow the prompt to confirm your cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel?

1. Access Continues Until the End of Your Cycle

Cancellation is not the same as deletion. When you cancel, you are turning off auto-renewal.

Example: If you cancel on January 15th but your prepaid period ends on January 30th, you will retain full access to all PRO features until January 30th.

We do not offer prorated refunds for the days remaining in your billing cycle.

2. Your Account Reverts to FREE

Once your paid period ends, your account will automatically downgrade to the FREE tier.

  • ✅ You will still be able to log in
  • ✅ Your existing design projects and data are preserved (we don't delete your hard work!)
  • ❌ You will lose access to PRO-exclusive features until you reactivate:
    • 60 generations/month (drops to 15/month)
    • UI components and alternatives
    • Code exports
    • Clean exports (FREE has watermarks)

3. You Can Reactivate Anytime

If you change your mind later, you can reactivate your PRO subscription with just a few clicks in the same settings menu. We'll keep your seat warm! 🪑

⚠️ Important Note for Lifetime Members

👑 Lifetime Member Status

If you are one of our "Lifetime Member" status holders (early supporters with the locked $9/month pricing), please be aware:

  • Forfeiture of Status: If you cancel your subscription, you forfeit your Lifetime Member status and the locked price guarantee.
  • Resubscribing: If you decide to resubscribe in the future, you will be subject to the current standard pricing at that time.
  • No Reinstatement: Lifetime status cannot be reinstated once a subscription has lapsed.

  • ✅ No Lock-in Contracts: You are free to go whenever you want
  • ✅ No Questions Asked: Cancel with just a few clicks
